Outstanding food, wonderful hotel, unbeatable location very close to the tram. Well-appointed room with climate control, a laptop-size safe, and a minibar for a good stay. Variety of food at the amazing breakfast. Good service, private parking available onsite. Not to mention strong wifi! Great way to end our trip.

The room is newly furnished and reasonably large with super comfortable beds, everything is good. The hotel provides a good service. By the way, the parking fee is gbp 13 per day.

The hotel was pleasant with pleasant views and an excellent location near good transport with plenty of options. Exceptionally nice and amiable staff on reception and elsewhere.

Everything was simply perfect. Modern hotel, breakfast each day was sumptuous and the location very close to the tram was perfect. Location: the venue was right by the wonderful Volkspark Friedrichshain and pubs/ retaurants of very colurful area around Boxhagener Platz, and Volkspark Friedrichshain. The bed was big and the rooms were well-appointed. The staff was helpful and hospitable and check in was fast.

The room here has great city views and there are many delicious food options available for meals.

We had a fantastic time in New Berlin Berlin. The hotel was a great base for exploring the city, with easy access to the tram lines M5 and M10 which took us to popular destinations like Alexanderplatz and Warschauer Straße. The location around Boxhagener Platz and Volkspark Friedrichshain was vibrant, and we found a fantastic cafe nearby for delicious sandwiches. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The continental breakfast had a good selection, and the view from our room's balcony was lovely. it was a wonderful experience.

The wifi on the 5th floor was poor.

1) The location is perfect. The hotel is close to city centre while simultaneously is situated in the green area near the Volskpark. The public transport proximity is excellent. 2) The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. 3) Breakfast was also very good.

this is first class hotel. excellent value for money. beautiful rooms and superb staff. bathroom and bedroom were very nicely designed. breakfast was exceptionally good.

if you are not planning to visit friedrichshain, the area may not be best. however, it is such a fine hotel it would be worth the cab fare or public transport into mitte, etc.
